Have you ever just sat in bed and cried?
Just sat there thinking, and then all of a sudden you start to cry. Maybe I’m the only one, but it seems to be happening a lot lately. The thoughts and then the tears. The loneliness. The feeling worthless or unappreciated. It’s gotten to the point where I don’t know how make it stop, or how to make myself feel better. I wish I knew some way to make it better, but I guess until I figure it out...
